Design and development team

We have a small team based in the US that work in conjunction with the product development and sourcing team in China to meet our clients needs. The USA team is always up to date with the latest trends, shopping both domestic and international markets, trade shows, as well as vintage and thrift. We have the capacity to create 3D imagery, hand sketches and samples. The China development team works on material sourcing as needed and sample execution.

Sampling

Samples are made in China, Cambodia and Sweden. Our sample room handles all kinds of materials and techniques: full grain cow leather / buffalo leather / haircalf leather, split, PU split, PU. All types of techniques like braiding, wovens, embossing, lacing, studding, embroidery, beading and laser.

Process

With advanced cutting technology and modern machinery, we can cut and process leather up to 6 mm thick with millimeter precision. We combine this technology with traditional craftsmanship to create products that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements, ensuring quality and durability in every piece.

Techniques and steps

Leather finishing

We operate a self-owned leather finishing facility specialized in processing leather belts and other leather finishing on crust leather. This enables us to maintain full control over quality, color consistency, and finish details from the very start of the production process.

Cutting

Our cutting process combines precision technology with expert craftsmanship to ensure every leather piece is perfectly shaped to meet the exact design requirements. Accurate cutting is fundamental to maintaining material integrity and optimize usage, setting the foundation for superior product quality.

Punching

Using advanced machinery and skilled operators, we perform precise hole punching for belts, straps, and detailed elements. This step is critical for functionality and aesthetics, ensuring clean edges and consistent results that meet high-quality standards.

Dyeing

We apply premium dyes in controlled environments to achieve rich, uniform colors that enhance the natural beauty of the leather. Our dyeing techniques focus on durability and colorfastness, ensuring the final product ages gracefully without compromising its appearance.

Assembly

During assembly, all parts are carefully brought together — from leather pieces and straps to buckles and labels. This stage ensures that every detail is precisely integrated into a complete, high-quality product.

Sewing

Our experienced artisans use modern sewing equipment to deliver strong and precise stitches. This accuracy ensures both durability and a refined result.

Quality Control

Each product is carefully inspected at several stages of production. Our quality control team ensures that every detail meets strict standards, guaranteeing consistency and excellence.

Packaging

Final products are carefully packed with materials and methods that protect during transit and storage. This ensures that every item arrives in perfect condition, preserving its quality and durability.

Hardware Design

With in-house 3D hardware design capabilities, we create custom buckles tailored to each client’s needs. From initial concept to tooling and final production, we control the entire process — enabling full flexibility in both design and finish.
